What is Modere Rewards?

Modere Rewards is our customer incentive program, and you get to enjoy the benefits simply by registering as a Modere customer! From day one as a registered customer, you can get free shipping with any minimum $150 order, earn Modere Cash by referring friends, receive two semi-annual anniversary discounts every year, and gain access to even more special savings opportunities throughout the year. Plus, customers who subscribe are eligible to earn monthly Modere Cash based on their subscription subtotal!

As a new Subscribe & Save customer, can I apply my $10 Modere Cash to my first shipment?

Accepted Answer

Modere Cash earned from subscription orders may take up to 24 hours to post to your account, and will therefore be available to redeem beginning with your next order. The great news is that you can use them toward your next subscription or any one-time purchase, or you can save them up to splurge on something special!

Question 3

Is free shipping available on subscription orders only?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! Any order of $150 or more is eligible for free shipping, regardless of whether it’s a one-time purchase or a subscription order.

Question 4

If I change my subscription after my first month ships, will I still earn the same Modere Cash?

Accepted Answer

Any changes made to your subscription may affect your Modere Cash eligibility depending on the order total. The same minimum purchase thresholds apply each month. If your subscription total dips below $50, you will not be eligible to earn Modere Cash that month. Subscription totals between $50-$149.99 will earn $10 in Modere Cash added automatically to your account. Subscription totals of $150 or more will earn $25 in Modere Cash, and be eligible to earn additional Modere Cash credits of $25 for each increment of $150 spent in your total subscription every month. Please note that returns of subscription purchases may invalidate some or all of the Modere Cash earned in that transaction.

Will my Modere Cash expire?

As long as you maintain an active subscription, Modere Cash earned from your subscription will never expire. However, after two calendar months of inactivity in your subscription history, those credits earned from your subscription will be forfeited. So don’t lose out on your Modere Cash (and free clean label goodies) — maintain an active subscription to maximize your savings!

Question 6

What happens if an item in my subscription is backordered or out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If an item on your subscription is backordered at the time your subscription order is generated, you will still earn Modere Cash as if the item was available. Backordered items will ship separately at a later date based on availability.

If your item is out of stock, you may need to update your subscription with an in-stock item in order to maintain your Modere Cash eligibility, depending on your order total.

What are Referral Rewards?

Referral Rewards are a way to earn Modere Cash by helping your friends save on their first purchase! As a registered Modere customer, you’ll receive a unique referral code. When you share your code with friends, they'll save $10 or more on their first purchase of $50 and you'll receive an equivalent Modere Cash toward your next purchase. And that’s just the beginning!

The more your new customer spends on their first purchase, the more they can save! We’ll increase their savings to $25 for every increment of $150 spent on their first order—and you’ll receive a matching Modere Cash for the referral! That means $50 in referral savings for a first order of $300, $75 in savings for a first order of $450, etc. (and matching Modere Cash for you). Plus, if they redeem their savings on a subscription, they can earn additional Modere Cash too. The sky is the limit!^

^Referring customers can earn a maximum of $599 in credits per calendar year.

Newly referred customers must register with a unique address in order for the referring customer to be eligible for referral reward benefits. In the event a newly referred customer shares the same address as the customer who referred them, only the new customer will be eligible to receive referral reward benefits.

Question 8

What is the Semi-Annual Anniversary discount?

As a registered Modere customer, you’re eligible for a $25 product discount every 6 months based on your anniversary date. Each semi-annual discount is valid for 31 days and redeemable on an order of $99 or more (after all other discounts, before shipping and taxes), so don’t save it for a rainy day! It’s just our way of saying thanks for choosing Modere and making the switch to live your best life.

Question 9

Can I apply my Modere Cash or anniversary discount toward an outstanding balance due, or to pay for taxes, shipping and/or any other fees?

Accepted Answer

On Modere.com your Modere Cash and/or anniversary discount are redeemable only on your product subtotals before taxes, shipping and any other fees. Modere Cash are not legal tender and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to any outstanding balances. Please note that returns of subscription purchases may invalidate some or all of the Modere Cash earned in that transaction. In the event your subscription becomes inactive for up to 2 full calendar months, unused Modere Cash earned from your subscription will expire.

Question 10

Can I exchange Modere Cash for money back?

Accepted Answer

Modere Cash are not legal tender and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to any outstanding balances.

Question 11

Can I transfer my Modere Cash to another Modere customer, or have their Modere Cash transferred to my account?

Accepted Answer

Modere Cash are non-transferable and redeemable only toward product subtotals before taxes, shipping and any other fees.
